There are many things you can do to help increase your energy and focus. Starting from diligently exercising, getting enough rest, to having a good diet. Not only that, some people also choose to take various supplements to help increase their body's energy. Aside from factory-made supplements, several types of common herbs can also be used to help increase your energy and maintain your focus.

  3. Rosemary
    Often used to add flavour to dishes, rosemary can also be used to increase body energy. Similar to peppermint, essential oils made from rosemary have also been scientifically proven to improve the cognitive function.
  4. Sage
    Often used in cooking, sage leaves have a myriad of good benefits for the body. Studies proved that supplements that contain sage can help improve mood, alertness, focus, and memory.   5. Guarana
