3 Simple, Nutritious Foods to Increase Fertility

Most married couples would definitely want to have a baby. However, there are some couples who have to wait a long time to be able to have a baby. The reason varies; some are ill and some have poor fertility. In both male and female, good fertility is a major factor in determining whether the couple could have a baby.

In order to increase fertility, there are 3 types of food that are rich in minerals and vitamins, thus can help to improve the quality of fertility.

1. Bananas
Banana is one of the healthiest fruits; it is rich in vitamins and nutrients. It is known as a good fruit for beauty and health. In fact, a banana is one fruit that can possibly increase the fertility of male and female. Bananas are rich in vitamin B6. These vitamins alone will help the body in controlling hormonal changes that are related to fertility.

2. Oranges
Some studies indicate that orange is one of the fruits that can improve fertility. Men who consume at least 1000 ml of Vitamin C from citrus fruits every day will have better fertility than those who do not consume them. It’s also interesting to note that other fruits that are also rich in Vitamin C can possibly increase fertility as well.

3. Almonds
Almond is one of the nuts that is rich in Vitamin E. Vitamin E is very good in increasing the number of male sperms. Nutrients and antioxidants in almonds are also very good in protecting sperm and DNA.
