Menopause is a natural process that every woman will go through. Due to hormonal changes and everything that follows menopause, it is something that a lot of women fear. Many factors may lead to early menopause. There a couple of ways to prevent it, in general by eliminating bad habits and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
- Exercise regularly
With regular exercise, menstrual cycle will be more stable. Your reproductive organs will be healthy and early menopause will not take place.
- No smoking
Smoking cause an interruption in blood circulation, causing disturbance of blood supply to your reproductive organs. This will speed up menstrual cycle and menopause.
- Consume food that contains highs levels of antioxidant
Food with high levels of antioxidant (fruits, broccoli, paprika, olives) may halt premature ageing, and in turn, early menopause.
- Consume food with high levels of phytoestrogen hormones
Phytoestrogen is able to stimulate the production of oestrogen, which will help to prevent early menopause. Phytoestrogen can be found naturally in soybeans and grains.
