8 Unconventional Ways to Get Rid of Big Belly

    Start your day with a squeeze of lemon or lime. It is one of the best therapies to eliminate belly fat. Put a few drops of lemon juice into a glass of warm water. Drink this every morning to boost your metabolism.
  1. Bid good bye to white rice
    Substitute white rice with various wheat products: brown rice, wheat bread, whole grains, oats, and quinoa.
  1. Avoid sugary food
    Stay away from candies, sodas, and sweetened drinks!
  1. Drink lots of water
    Drinking water sufficiently and regularly will help to boost your metabolism and remove toxins from your body.
  1. Eat raw garlic
    Chew 2-3 cloves of garlic every morning, and drink a glass of lemon water afterwards. This treatment will help improve blood circulation and speed up weight loss.
  1. Eat more vegetables
    Vegetables can help to eliminate belly fat.
  1. Eat more fruits
    Eat a bowl of fruits daily in the morning and evening. Beside rich in antioxidants and minerals, fruit is also rich in vitamins.
