Health benefits of cherry juice

Cherry is a fruit that we usually find in various kinds of desserts as a sweetener. Its sour and sweet taste make people like it. In addition, cherries are known to have various health benefits, including in the form of juice. Cherry juice is believed to be able to boost the immune system to help maintain our sleep quality.
