Physiotherapy is a medical speciality that handles and rehabilitates various diseases through a series of physical therapy. When a person suffers from pain that stems from sports injuries, arthritis, neck and back pain, or other muscle dysfunction, physiotherapy can help to relieve those pain and gradually revert your body back to normal.

This method requires active patient involvement and discipline, because it is related to lifestyle, activity, and health in general. The physiotherapist will conduct an examination of the disease and the overall condition of the patient’s body, diagnose, and make a treatment plan accordingly.

The main benefit of physiotherapy is its flexibility—it could be done anywhere. After the initial meeting, patients can do physiotherapy by himself under advice and monitoring from the physiotherapist. The physiotherapist has to thoroughly assess the patient’s condition, so that the best type and frequency of the physiotherapy could be determined.
