Coffee is one of the beverages that many people are fond of. Its controversy doesn’t make the fans of coffee turn to other drinks. Besides being proven to increase body stamina and metabolism, coffee also has benefits for your skin’s health.   1. Exfoliation
    The non-soluble coffee powder is known to be a good exfoliating agent, which may help to remove dead skin cells. Studies have also shown that coffee contains caffeic acid, an antioxidant capable of increasing collagen level and inhibiting cell’s premature ageing process. Caffeic acid also has antimicrobial property, thus protecting the skin from bacterial invasion.
  2. Reduces the risk of cellulite
    It is known that coffee may help to reduce cellulite on the skin. Caffeine in coffee is considered to be able to help stimulates blood flow by dilating the blood vessels under the skin so that cellulite won’t occur.
